Releasing Clutter

Challenge:
Did you know that the amount of clutter in your home affects how much love and passion you have in your life? Are there any areas in your home that are disorganized, cramped, dirty, or filled with items you no longer like or use?

Remedy:
Everything in your environment, especially your home, reflects what is going on within you. Clutter in your home creates stagnant or blocked energy, and when you clear it, you open to a more harmonious flow of love and passion. Begin by noticing which parts of your living space bother you the most. Little by little, discard, give away, or sell any items that no longer reflect who you are right now. Breathe through any fear that comes up, take breaks when you feel overwhelmed, and know that anything you hold on to out of fear blocks the flow of love.
