Breaking Free

Challenge:
Do you feel limited or controlled by anyone in your life? Do you ever feel that outside circumstances or responsibilities prevent you from having all the love and happiness you deserve?

Remedy:
Know that, in fact, no one has power over you and that feeling controlled comes from fear ("false evidence appearing real"). Ask yourself, "What am I afraid will happen if I do what my heart really wants to do in this situation? Am I afraid of letting someone down or not getting something I really want?" Recognize that these feelings come from scarcity thinking and that YOU are the source of everything you want – love, happiness, passion, and prosperity.

Affirmation:
Every morning and evening say, "I ask my higher self to release all fear and give me the courage to follow my heart and be free."
