Awaken to Bliss

Challenge:
Do you long to experience bliss in your body? Do you ever feel weighed down by fatigue, pain, spaciness, or numbness?

Remedy:
Experiencing bliss in our bodies is our natural birthright, yet many of us have subconscious resistance to it. Life challenges and traumas, before or after birth, cause us to numb ourselves emotionally and physically for the purpose of self-protection. When we give ourselves permission, in a safe environment, to feel our feelings and heal pain stored in our bodies, we can receive more of the divine light energy that creates a sensation of pleasure and oneness with spirit. We become less attracted to activities and substances used to numb ourselves, and we awaken to bliss.
